Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Associate to join our team at WIS International Inventory Services. As an Inventory Management Associate, you will be responsible for providing inventory solutions to a broad array of pharmacy and healthcare customers and locations across the nation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scan barcodes for current inventory at customer locations to provide accurate inventory information.
  • Partner with healthcare professionals to capture part numbers, serial numbers, NDCs, and expiration dates of medical devices and/or medication.
  • Ensure high productivity while maintaining accuracy and integrity of data collected.
  • Comply with all healthcare and pharmacy customer standards, including screening requirements, PPE requirements, and confidentiality requirements.
  • Complete pharmacy and hospital training certification, as required.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Preferred prior experience in a healthcare setting, such as a hospital, clinic, pharmacy, medical office, and/or medical sales environment.
  • Able to frequently travel by car and occasionally by air.
  • Able to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking.
  • Able to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions.
  • Able to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
