Key Responsibilities:- Assess, identify, and prioritize patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices that enhance patient safety and outcomes.
- Engage in ongoing professional development, staying current with the latest research, technologies, and best practices in neonatal care.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- 1 year of experience in a NICU setting, with a focus on Level IV care.
