We are seeking a skilled Wound Care Physician to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. As a Wound Care Physician with Vohra Wound Physicians, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality wound care to patients in post-acute care settings.
Responsibilities- Provide wound care services to patients in skilled nursing facilities and long-term acute care hospitals
- Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility to assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive wound care plans
- Document patient information and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner using our proprietary wound-specific EMR
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest wound care techniques and technologies
- Active, unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state of California
- Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
