Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Operations Specialist to join our team at Quest Global. This role will be responsible for coordinating complex project management activities, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of projects aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will possess strong project coordination skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating sales order demand, entering updates into relevant systems, and maintaining accurate records;
  • Working closely with project managers to ensure projects are aligned with strategic plans and goals;
  • Creating deliveries, coordinating shipping, and managing inventory in collaboration with the FAST warehouse team;
  • Maintaining organized project inventory and tracking items removed from storage for configuration purposes;
  • Verifying costs on completed production orders and receiving purchase orders for virtual delivered components.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in project coordination and material planning;
  • Strong SAP skills and proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and Jira;
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
  • A proactive and independent personality with a focus on delivering results;
  • A BS degree or equivalent in a related field.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for career growth and development.
