Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Behavioral Therapist to join our team at RightWorks Staffing. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments and implementing ABA programs to support individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify underlying causes of challenging behaviors
  • Develop and implement individualized ABA programs to address behavioral goals and objectives
  • Provide supervision and guidance to behavior technicians to ensure high-quality services
  • Write and submit progress reports and treatment plans to regulatory agencies and funding sources

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related field
  • BCBA Certification; LBA Certification
  • At least 3 years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Experience with software solutions for data collection, programming, and report writing
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check, TB test, and pre-employment physical exam
