We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Litigation Clerk to join our team at the Moore Law Group. As a Litigation Clerk, you will play a critical role in supporting our litigation team by preparing and filing court documents, communicating with clients and courts, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Document Preparation: Prepare, review, and edit litigation documents in accordance with client and firm policies and procedures.
- Court Filings: Prepare and file legal filings with state and federal courts, and follow up on court filings as needed.
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients, courts, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of court filings, client communications, and other relevant information.
- Case Management: Assist in managing cases from start to finish, including coordinating with attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in litigation or a related field is required.
- Attention to Detail: A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential for this role.
- Organizational Skills: The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines is critical.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
This is a sedentary role that requires prolonged sitting, repetitive motion, and close visual acuity. The work environment is typical of an office setting, with standard office equipment and software.
