About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Associate Roving Personal Banker to join our National Branch Network team. As a key member of our Consumer, Small & Business Banking division, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support across a variety of branch locations, ensuring seamless customer service and meeting business objectives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our bank's products and services, enabling you to effectively connect customers with tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to identify and address customer needs, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Requirements
  • 6+ months of customer-facing experience, with a proven track record of delivering excellent service and building strong relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and active listening.
  • Proficiency in using technology to enhance customer experiences and drive business results.
