Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Lead to join our team at Pinnacle. As a Site Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of 2-10 individuals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards, and that all stakeholders are satisfied with the outcome.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
  • 1+ year of experience in a leadership role, with a proven ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP certification.
  • Experience working in the field, with a strong understanding of industrial and complex facilities.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project.
