Position Overview:

  • Deliver financial decision support and assist product management in understanding key metrics and trends.
  • Develop comprehensive lifetime value models for both consumers and commercial clients, incorporating various revenue streams.
  • Facilitate the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic direction and compliance with planning timelines.
  • Inspire and lead a high-performing team, focusing on talent acquisition, development, and retention.
  • Drive performance management and compensation processes, ensuring clear communication of expectations and regular feedback.
  • Maintain open communication within the team, sharing organizational updates through various channels.
  • Foster a workplace culture that reflects the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a finance role within a consumer durables organization.
  • Experience in finance support for new product development or sales/marketing.
  • Proficient in financial modeling and investment analysis, including NPV and IRR.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and financial planning tools.
  • Expertise in constructing complex business case models using MS Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's in Business Administration and CMA/CPA certification.
  • Experience in product or service costing.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Business Intelligence tools.
