About the Role:

As a Member Frontline Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will be responsible for operating front-end equipment, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate front-end equipment, including cash registers and self-checkout systems, accurately and efficiently processing transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, restocking shelves and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for members.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support during peak periods.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
