Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the Pharmacy Director to establish effective workflows and productivity benchmarks aimed at meeting performance goals and client satisfaction.
2. Partner with pharmacy staff to implement company initiatives and quality improvement processes that enhance service delivery.
3. Ensure adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations, as well as corporate compliance protocols.
4. Assist in addressing personnel matters in coordination with the Pharmacy Director.
5. Work closely with Client Services and Sales teams to facilitate effective communication with clients and resolve any service-related issues.
6. Monitor daily operational quality and cost-efficiency strategies in all dispensing and procurement activities.
7. Oversee purchasing and inventory management to meet established goals and maintain optimal stock levels.
Qualifications:
Licenses/Certifications:
As mandated by regulatory requirements and business needs.
Education:
High school diploma with a minimum of five years of management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
Experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably in long-term care. Must be detail-oriented, goal-driven, and a collaborative team player with strong oral communication skills.
