Key Responsibilities
  • Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards - Follow our proven process to deliver outstanding results and exceed customer expectations.
  • Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner - Build strong relationships with our clients and team members, ensuring a positive and respectful experience.
Requirements
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States - Ensure you have the necessary documentation to work in the country.
  • Complete a background check - We require a background check to ensure the safety and security of our clients and team members.
  • Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks - You should be physically able to perform the duties of the job, including lifting and bending.
  • Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7am to 4pm - Ensure you are available to work the required hours and schedule.
  • Bilingual preferred, must be able to communicate with clients - While not required, bilingual skills are a plus in this role.
