We are seeking a highly motivated Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Sundance Mountain Resort. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the resort premises in a clean and orderly manner, ensuring that our guests have a pleasant stay.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Maintain the resort premises in a clean and orderly manner, adhering to hotel standards.
  • Attend to guests' requests in a timely manner, transporting housekeeping materials as needed.
  • Check in and out keys and radios from the safety office, ensuring proper accountability.
  • Operate the Sundance vehicle to carry out daily duties, adhering to safety guidelines.
  • Deliver amenities to all checkouts, ensuring timely turnovers.
  • Keep housekeeping storage closets stocked with linen and paper products.
  • Maintain all rodent traps in housekeeping areas, ensuring a pest-free environment.
  • Fulfill guest requests within fifteen minutes, providing excellent customer service.
  • Ensure trash and recycle bins are emptied daily, sorted, and disposed of properly.
  • Comply with the no-idling policy, reducing our environmental footprint.
  • Support the recycling program, educating guests as needed.
  • Share the Sundance story of land preservation and environmental commitment with guests.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and room attendants via radio.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Housekeeping Management.

Requirements:



  • Previous housekeeping experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of carpet shampoo and window washing is a plus.
  • Valid U.S. drivers' license in good standing.
  • The ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally lift and move more than 100 pounds.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.

The estimated salary for this position is $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on location and experience.
