Job Summary

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Sundance Mountain Resort premises according to hotel standards.

Attend to guests' requests in a timely manner, transporting housekeeping materials as needed.


Key Responsibilities
  • Check in and out keys and radios from the safety office.
  • Operate the Sundance vehicle to carry out daily duties, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to safety guidelines.
  • Check in daily with Housekeeping Management to receive assignments and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Deliver amenities to all checkouts and maintain housekeeping storage closets with linen and paper products.
  • Ensure trash and recycle bins are emptied daily and sorted properly.
  • Comply with the no-idling policy and support the recycling program.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and room attendants using the two-way radio.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to maintain the resort's high standards.

Requirements
  • Previous housekeeping experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of carpet shampoo and window washing is a plus.
  • Valid U.S. drivers' license in good standing.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally more.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles and must be able to work outside in extreme weather conditions.
