ROLE SUMMARY

The Custodial Staff member is essential in maintaining the cleanliness of our establishment, ensuring a pleasant environment for both guests and staff. Responsibilities include vacuuming, mopping, and overall upkeep of the premises.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain cleanliness in designated areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom sanitation, etc.)
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks
- Execute deep cleaning tasks and special projects as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or repairs required
- Make minor adjustments and repairs
- Manage and restock supply rooms
- Collaborate effectively with team members
- Uphold the highest standards of safety and sanitation
- Perform additional tasks as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Ability to adhere to safety and security protocols
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting written instructions; effective verbal communication skills
  • Capable of performing physical tasks and operating standard cleaning equipment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable in following schedules and commitments
  • Professional demeanor
  • Efficient time management skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Excellent communication skills are essential.
Must be willing to work varied shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
