Compensation Structure
Starting pay ranges from $20.25 to $23.48 per hour, based on relevant experience as assessed by management.
Site Supervisor roles involve working with school-aged children between the ages of 5 and 12 years. Your responsibilities will include leading the site team, implementing educational programs, managing classroom dynamics, and ensuring active supervision of the children entrusted to your care.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old and possess a High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of two years of management experience in a related field.
- Successful completion of required state background checks.
- Completion of 30 college credits in approved school-age education courses or 20 college credits along with 100 hours of relevant community training.
