ResponsibilitiesAs a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality patient care and developing treatment plans
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Staying up-to-date with the latest medical research and advancements
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Additional responsibilities include:
- Maintaining confidentiality and protecting sensitive patient information
- Adhering to organizational and department-specific safety standards and guidelines
- Working collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals
- Demonstrating exceptional customer service and interacting effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A medical degree and board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or a related specialty
- An active Washington State medical license and DEA in good standing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and exceptional patient experience
