- 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally within the Engineering field.
- Proficient in General Ledger and Financial Statements.
- Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving aptitude.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and accounting software applications.
- Familiarity with GAAP and fundamental accounting principles.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- CPA or CMA certification is advantageous.
