As a key member of our retail operations, reporting directly to the District Manager, you will represent our brand and ensure a welcoming environment for all patrons. Your expertise in our extensive range of sports betting options will enable you to assist customers in making informed and responsible wagering decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service that fosters repeat business

Qualifications:
  • Basic computer skills (Email, MS Excel, internet navigation)
  • Minimum of 1 year of cash handling experience in a professional setting
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Ability to pass a drug test, background check, and health screenings
  • Capability to obtain a gaming license as required
  • Strong commitment to customer service excellence
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Understanding of compliance requirements set by the company and gaming authorities
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Capacity to lift, pull, or push up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to write for prolonged periods
  • Capability to twist, bend, or reach without significant limitations
  • Exposure to a smoke-filled environment may occur
