This role is responsible for preparing and maintaining our made-from-scratch salads, as well as setting up our salad bars to ensure a high-quality dining experience for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare and portion salads according to recipes and instructions
  • Set up and maintain salad bars to ensure a visually appealing and fresh presentation
  • Work effectively in a team environment to meet production and service demands
  • Follow food safety procedures and maintain a clean and sanitized work environment
  • Assist with receiving and rotating produce orders

**Requirements:**

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be able to follow recipes and instructions
  • Must understand instructions for preparing and maintaining equipment
  • Must possess good communication skills
  • Must understand and follow food safety procedures
  • Must be able to stand for 2 to 3 hours at a time
  • Must be able to assist with putting away and rotating produce orders
