Role Summary:
The LPN will be essential in assisting healthcare providers in offering outstanding patient care. Key responsibilities include delivering direct patient services, ensuring a hygienic and orderly clinical setting, and maintaining effective communication with patients and the healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of healthcare providers
- Prepare clinical spaces and assist patients as needed
- Accurately record vital signs and patient data
- Facilitate clear communication with patients and the healthcare team
- Follow established infection control protocols
- Support in-house testing and manage medical documentation
Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited nursing program
- Current Mississippi Board of Nursing License
- Certification in CPR Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Capability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously
- Physical capacity to perform job responsibilities effectively
Physical and Additional Requirements:
- Successful completion of a criminal background check, drug screening, and physical evaluation
- Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 20lbs
