About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in nephrology care. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing patient-centered care, administering medications, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing other nursing tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for our patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest nephrology care practices and technologies.
- Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice required.
- Current CPR certification required.
- IV certification required if required by state regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body as required by CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system.
