PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a skilled Personal Banker - Relationship Builder to join our team. As a key member of our Retail Branch Banking Network, you will play a critical role in strengthening customer relationships and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Acquisition and Retention: Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial well-being.
- Sales and Service Excellence: Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, leveraging a defined sales process to position PNC solutions and drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
- Product Knowledge and Risk Management: Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively, managing risk through adherence to all policies and procedures.
- Team Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with ecosystem partners and colleagues to grow customer share of wallet, leveraging community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
- Education and Experience: 1+ years of related experience in banking or a related field, with a strong understanding of financial products and services.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Strong product knowledge and risk management skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Certifications and Licenses: No required certifications or licenses, but a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

In addition, PNC provides paid time off, including up to 11 paid holidays each year, 8 occasional absence days each year, and between 15 to 25 vacation days each year, depending on career level and years of service.
