We're seeking a seasoned Configuration Management Lead to join our dynamic team and drive the success of our electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all engineering Configuration Management activities and develop standardized processes and procedures.
  • Manage the configuration of all product data produced by the Supernal team and by suppliers during development and manufacture.
  • Collaborate with various engineering subject areas to design high-reliability, safety-critical systems.
  • Develop a comprehensive Configuration Management Plan (CMP) and prepare documentation for regulatory audits.
  • Assume ownership of the execution of organizational change processes and ensure changes are well documented and communicated.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum ten years of experience in Configuration Management of complex multi-domain product data.
  • Minimum five years of proven direct product configuration management experience.
  • Experience with CAD, requirements management, and software code management.
  • Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and/or data management toolsets.
  • Operational experience managing company releases, agency records, and controlled data.
