School Bus Driver

Student Transportation of America is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious School Bus Driver to join our team. As a School Bus Driver, you will be responsible for transporting students to and from school, as well as participating in safety meetings and adhering to company safety standards.
Responsibilities:- Drive a school bus route, picking up and dropping off students at established stops
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation
- Attend and participate in safety meetings
- Clean the bus as necessary to maintain a professional appearance
- Transport students and other passengers to and from their destinations on field trips, activities, and charters
- Must be over 21 years old
- Must be able to pass a DOT physical examination
- Must have a minimum of 3 years verifiable driving history
- No more than 2 moving violations and 1 preventable accident in the past 3 years
- CDL permit or license is a plus
- Must be committed to training and processes
- Ability to adhere to all company safety standards and operating procedures
- Passion for working with children
- Pre-employment checks apply
- Must be willing to obtain a Class B CDL and/or with school bus and passenger endorsement
