Responsibilities- Perform vascular scans of optimal diagnostic quality on patients of all ages, from neonates to geriatrics.
- Identify and interpret vascular anatomy, including upper and lower extremity venous and arterial systems.
- Operate vascular ultrasound units efficiently and effectively, ensuring accurate and timely results.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care and support.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical imaging technologies and techniques, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
- Associate degree in a patient-care related field or equivalent experience.
- Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS).
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
- One year of experience as a diagnostic medical sonographer or radiologic technologist.
