About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our team at AdventHealth Central Texas. As a Clinical Dietitian, you will play a critical role in providing nutrition care to patients, ensuring their nutritional needs are met, and documenting their nutritional status accurately.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement medical nutrition therapy plans for in-patients, out-patients, and community-based activities
  • Participate in corporate and organizational projects with clinical nutrition-related components
  • Assist with employee selection, orientation, and instruction
  • Develop and implement patient menus and nutritional analysis
  • Establish and maintain effective multidisciplinary relationships to provide uniformed patient care
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition, Clinical Dietetics, or related field
  • Successful completion of dietetic internship
  • Registered at the time of employment by the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
  • Licensed by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Dietitians at the time of employment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters degree in nutrition
  • Experience in acute care clinical dietetics
  • ServSafe Certification
