About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant II to join our team at Providence Clinical Network. As a Medical Assistant II, you will work under the delegation of a licensed practitioner to provide patient care to assigned patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all aspects of the Medical Assistant I role and provide clinical support to healthcare teams.
  • Assist in providing patient care, including taking vital signs, preparing patients for exams, and performing administrative tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care and excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited medical assisting program or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Current certification as a Medical Assistant (MA) or Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA).
  • 6 months of healthcare experience, preferably in a medical assisting role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
