Wire Transfer Operations Coordinator

**Job Summary:**
This position is responsible for performing operational support duties of the Electronic Banking Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process all incoming and outgoing wire transfers
- Create and respond to wire transfer service messages
- Assist in daily tasks, including balancing of accounts, monitoring of bank position, and morning/end of day processing
- Maintain existing client relationships by addressing any customer service needs or issues
- Assist with testing and upgrades with the wire vendor
- Create and manage cases with electronic banking vendors
- Create and manage reports and handle reporting for the wire transfer department
- Assist in audits and examinations
- Develop and maintain department procedures
- Support Retail Staff with issues, questions, and concerns regarding their wire transfers
- Assist with training new employees
- Serve as a back-up for other areas of the electronic banking department
- Complete Reg E investigations
- Assist management with projects related to the department
Requirements:
- Familiarity with Electronic Banking
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop strong working relationships and interact well with employees at all levels of the organization
- Ability to communicate and cooperate in a team environment to produce needed outcomes and meet goals
- Motivated and open to change
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Education and Experience:
- Three or more years of related experience
- High school diploma or GED required
Computer and Software Skills:
- Microsoft Office
