We are seeking a skilled Production Operations Supervisor to enhance our service delivery.
The Supervisor will oversee service requests, organize job specifications to ensure a streamlined workflow, complete necessary documentation, and manage production tasks while closely tracking assigned projects from initiation to completion.
It is essential to uphold and enforce all safety protocols on-site as a fundamental part of this position.
Essential Qualifications:
- Communication: Proficient in both written and verbal communication.
- Experience: Previous experience in cleaning/restoration is advantageous.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Certifications: IICRC certification is preferred.
- Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and up to 100 pounds with assistance. The role requires prolonged periods of walking, standing, and driving, as well as the ability to work in confined spaces.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Clearly articulate the scope of work to clients, proactively addressing their needs and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Team Management: Effectively communicate expectations to Production Technicians and supervise their work to ensure alignment with company standards.
- Production Oversight: Implement production processes as planned, focusing on quality control and swiftly resolving any issues to maintain workflow.
- Safety Management: Identify potential hazards, establish control measures to protect all personnel, and thoroughly communicate safety protocols to the team and clients.
- Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and organized job file documentation to ensure all project details are complete and accessible.
- Cost Management: Exercise careful control over production costs while managing assets effectively, ensuring proper use of equipment and materials.
- Facility Upkeep: Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office spaces, reflecting our commitment to professionalism and operational excellence.
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
