Overview

Ansible Government Solutions, LLC is actively seeking multiple Registered Nurses for the Emergency Department to support a prominent healthcare system. Nurses may also be required to provide services at various outpatient centers. A variety of shift schedules are available, and any assigned schedule may be subject to change based on operational needs.

Responsibilities

The Emergency Department RN will deliver services in accordance with the policies of the healthcare system. Key responsibilities include:
  • Accountability for all aspects of the nursing process while providing and/or supervising direct patient care
  • Assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care tailored to age-specific needs
  • Coordination of care focused on patient transitions, education, self-management post-discharge, and enhancing customer satisfaction
  • Consideration of individual characteristics, including age, health status, cultural background, values, and past experiences
  • Administration of medications and procedures in line with established policies and guidelines
  • Collaboration with interdisciplinary team members to influence care outcomes
  • Effective communication with individuals from diverse educational and ethnic backgrounds
  • Teamwork and cooperation in all assignments
  • Participation in quality improvement initiatives and customer service programs

Qualifications

  • Completion of an accredited Registered Nurse academic program (BSN or ADN)
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure in at least one state or territory of the United States
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • A minimum of three years of recent experience in an Emergency Room setting is required
  • No sponsorship is available

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
  • Capacity to carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance
  • Ability to push/pull with 30 lbs of force
