Requirements
  • Proven experience in technical writing of software documentation.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality documentation with attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • BA or BS degree, or 10 years of technical writing experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Business Systems Analysis/Spec writing experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of Cobol experience.
  • CICS, JCL, DB2/SQL.
  • Flexibility and ability to learn quickly.
  • Ability to strictly adhere to documentation process guidelines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong knowledge of database architecture principles (tables, views, SQL, etc).
  • Microsoft Office.

  • Mobile delivery and online documentation (i.e. searchable content).
  • Visio.
  • Datacom database.
  • HTML.
  • Velocity templating language.
  • TCL (Tool Command Language).
