Job Title: Senior Business Analyst - Supply Chain and Logistics

Arhaus, a luxury furniture brand, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the company's technology growth. This on-site opportunity is based at our corporate HQ in Boston Heights, OH.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate project requests and issues into business case narratives.
  • Work with IT to develop functional solution designs and perform business process analysis.
  • Develop use cases, functional specifications, and process flow documents.
  • Responsible for project management when acting as IT Project Lead.
  • Perform system testing and work with IT and business teams on issue prioritization and resolution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5+ years of business analysis experience, including requirements gathering and functional specification development.
  • 3+ years of supply chain and logistics experience.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to translate IT terms to business and business terminology to IT development teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Manhattan Active - Warehouse Management System or similar.
  • Retail experience is a plus.
  • Merchandise planning experience.
  • SQL and reporting experience.
  • Automation testing experience.
