We are seeking a skilled and experienced Premium Bartender to join our team at the Moody Center. As a Premium Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience for all who visit our venue.
Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
- 6 months or more experience bartending in a high-volume environment.
- Ability to accurately handle register and revenue collections through POS system.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of liquor laws and ability to maintain a safe and responsible service environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and long hours.
We offer a competitive hourly wage of $12 to $15, plus tips, and a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching. This is an ongoing opportunity, with no application deadline.
