Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Create a welcoming atmosphere, build relationships with guests, and mentor team members to deliver superior service.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Greet guests, inform them about daily specials, and serve food and drinks according to Hard Rock's standards.
  • Menu Knowledge: Assist guests in selecting menu items and beverages, showcasing sales skills with thorough menu and product knowledge.
  • Quality Control: Ensure guest satisfaction by checking food quality and promptly addressing guest complaints.
  • Appearance and Cleanliness: Maintain a tidy, neat appearance, carrying out tasks with a focus on cleanliness and safety.
  • Anticipation and Fulfillment: Anticipate, identify, and fulfill guest needs.
  • Inventory and Tasks: Conduct inventories and other assigned tasks.
  • Special Events: Assist with other tasks during special events or parties, aiding in various activities such as carving, cooking, setup, or teardown stations as required.
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Responsible for cleaning and managing ashtrays, and sanitizing work and public areas.
Requirements:
  • Licenses and Certifications: Must acquire and retain valid licenses/certifications as per Federal, State, and ERGC Gaming regulations.
  • Background Check: Must pass a background check successfully.
  • Drug Screening: Must clear a drug screening test.
  • Age: Must be at least twenty-one (21) years old.
  • Availability: Must be available to work holidays, weekends, flexible shifts, and unusual hours.
  • Experience: Previous experience in the Gaming sector is highly preferred.
Knowledge and Abilities:
  • Table Serving Procedures: Knowledge of table serving procedures and etiquette.
  • Customer Service: Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Must be capable of obtaining and preserving all necessary licenses/certifications following Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.
Additional Details:

The Tribal Council gives priority in all employment activities to members of the Enterprise Rancheria Tribe who meet the job criteria.
