Role Summary: We are looking for a proficient HVAC Installer who is passionate about providing top-notch service and quality workmanship. This position entails the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in both residential and light commercial environments. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in HVAC installation and be prepared to engage in a variety of tasks, from ductwork to system controls.

Key Duties:

  • Install HVAC systems, including ductwork and refrigeration piping.
  • Safely remove and replace equipment, ensuring compliance with our stringent quality and safety standards.
  • Execute installations and repairs in accordance with municipal codes and company guidelines.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every project, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized work environment, including the company vehicle.
  • Engage in ongoing technical training to remain current with industry standards and advancements.
  • Accurately complete all necessary documentation for each assignment.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience as an HVAC Installer.
  • EPA Certification (Type II or Universal).
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Expertise in HVAC installation, including electrical wiring, controls, and piping.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Capability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, stooping, bending, and kneeling.
  • Comfortable working in various environments, including exposure to extreme temperatures, fumes, and confined spaces.
  • Willingness to travel locally to job sites as needed.
