The Building Maintenance Technician II is responsible for the upkeep, operation, and security of facilities, grounds, and buildings to ensure optimal functionality.

Compensation ranges from $21.00 to $25.00 per hour based on experience.

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, typically Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning, coordinating, and overseeing the work of external contractors involved in the maintenance, repair, and protection of community buildings.
  • Being available for on-call duties in case of emergencies.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in building maintenance or construction, or a comparable combination of training and experience.
  • Preferred certification or license as mandated by state or local regulations for operating or repairing specific equipment in technical fields such as HVAC or building utilities.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to work evenings and some weekends.
