Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care, including administering dialysis treatments and monitoring patient health.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and advancements in renal care.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) from an accredited school of nursing, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), or three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program.
- Current Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS)/Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
- Meet all applicable state/licensing requirements.
- Previous experience in dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing is preferred but not required.
