Job Type: Part-time

Pay Range: $18-$22 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Remittance Coordinator to process customer payments efficiently and accurately. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for opening, sorting, batching, and scanning customer remittances. Additionally, you will research customer account information using our internal customer service system and make necessary adjustments or transfers.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as basic mathematical skills. Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and computer operation is essential. Your ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining high accuracy is crucial.

Requirements:

  1. H.S. diploma or equivalent required
  2. At least 6 months of customer service experience dealing with researching misapplied payments and disputed accounts preferred
  3. Excellent written, verbal, and basic mathematical skills required
  4. Must be able to use Excel, Outlook, and operate computers and other office equipment
  5. Requires a high degree of proficiency in speed and accuracy using a ten-key
  6. Ability to work a flexible schedule
