We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Service Associate. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client experiences and ensuring seamless interactions with our clients.

In this role, you will engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with past and potential clients, distribute marketing materials, and keep clients engaged during wait times. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and advance within the organization.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong interpersonal and communication skills, experience in a fast-paced retail environment, and basic computer proficiency.
