We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Psychologist to join our team as an Independent Contractor, providing critical services to United States Veterans. This unique opportunity involves conducting comprehensive medical assessments for the VA's disability benefits process.

About the Role

This part-time or full-time position requires reviewing behavioral health records electronically and performing in-person assessments on average 4 Veterans per day. As an Independent Contractor, you will also complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) through a secure Web Portal. The U.S. Veterans Administration makes all disability determinations, utilizing the findings recorded in the DBQs.

Requirements
  • A Ph.D. or Psy.D. degree from an APA-accredited program/school is required.
  • An active and unrestricted Psychology license is essential.
  • Credentialing requirements set forth by the VA must be met.

Schedule and Location

This is an in-person position with a flexible schedule of 2-3 days/week or full-time availability. The role is based in New Hill, NC, offering a great work-life balance opportunity.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
