Job Title: Ideas Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Ideas Manager to lead the ideation process for our YouTube channel. This role is pivotal in driving the content strategy and ensuring that our videos continue to inspire and resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ideate and develop engaging video concepts and pitches for weekly content releases on the Dhar Mann YouTube channel.
  • Lead the creative development process, from ideation to beat sheets to overseeing scripts.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to writers during the scriptwriting process, overseeing revisions.
  • Conduct research and stay updated on trending topics, social issues, and audience preferences to inform content ideation.
  • Analyze audience feedback, viewer metrics, and performance data to iterate on content strategies and optimize engagement.
  • Provide creative direction and guidance to writers, directors, and other team members involved in content creation.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the team, encouraging brainstorming sessions and idea generation.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years experience as an Ideas Manager or in a similar role, with a successful track record of delivering high-quality content (preferably in the YouTube/Social space).
  • 5+ years as a Screenwriter for short films, preferably in drama and family-friendly content.
  • Strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills, with a portfolio showcasing your creative vision and ability to craft compelling narratives within the following genres; Comedy, Drama, True Crime.
  • Excellent storytelling abilities, with a deep understanding of character development, plot structure, and narrative arcs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
