  • Familiarity with telecommunications equipment, including fiber optic and copper cabling.
  • Ability to read and understand technical schematics and diagrams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Flexibility to travel and work varied hours as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work at heights when necessary.
