- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A technical degree or certification in telecommunications or a related field is preferred.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in telecommunications or a similar field.
- Familiarity with telecommunications equipment, including fiber optic and copper cabling.
- Ability to read and understand technical schematics and diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Flexibility to travel and work varied hours as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work at heights when necessary.
