Your Responsibilities

As a Lead LPN, you will oversee the daily operations of a unit or hallway, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained. Your duties will include:

  • Supervising and guiding STNAs to uphold quality care.
  • Scheduling and setting expectations for your team.
  • Providing direct patient care, administering medications, and coordinating transportation.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A nursing degree and a current Ohio LPN license.
  • Preferred: One year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Preferred: Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR).
