This is a full-time position, requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week, including Saturdays. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Previous retail experience and the capability to lift up to 50 lbs are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance to customers in our retail space.
  • Support warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
  • Organize and store inventory in designated areas.
  • Prepare orders for delivery and assist with mobile shoe services.
  • Handle shipments and ensure timely processing.
  • Welcome customers upon entry and guide them in selecting suitable footwear.
  • Complete sales transactions, including payment processing and securing necessary signatures.
  • Facilitate exchanges and returns in accordance with company policies.

  • A genuine interest in sales and a strong customer service orientation.
  • Basic proficiency in computer usage.
  • Physical ability to crouch or kneel to access products.
