Occupational Therapist Job Description

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide services in a school-based setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with students and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality occupational therapy services.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' strengths and challenges related to motor skills and sensory processing.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' occupational therapy needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to integrate occupational therapy goals into the overall educational plan.
  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
