Nurse Manager Position

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the nursing staff, developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
**Responsibilities:**
* Manage the nursing staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating employees
* Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures

**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing
* Current RN licensure in Massachusetts
* 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse
* Strong leadership and communication skills
