Mayo Clinic is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for producing high-quality images for interpretation by physicians. Your expertise in imaging equipment and technology will be essential in ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
Responsibilities- Produce high-quality images for interpretation by physicians
- Operate a variety of imaging equipment and technology
- Practice proper safety guidelines for yourself, support personnel, and patients
- Foster teamwork through effective communication
- Ensure high levels of service to patients through proper communication, technique, and safety guidelines
- Maintain flexibility to staff various work locations, shift times, and lengths
- Perform other functional duties as assigned to assure efficient and optimal patient care
- Graduate of an accredited radiography program
- Organized, efficient, and multifunctional
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication
- Ability to work varied hours, shift lengths, and respond to an on-call pager
- ARRT certified in Radiography
- Appropriate state licensure from the state in which the candidate practices
No benefits are eligible for this part-time position.
ScheduleThis is a part-time position with supplemental/PRN hours as needed based on staffing. Call responsibilities in surgery may be required.
