Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Body Shop Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer expectations, ensuring work is performed efficiently and accurately, and participating in all required training programs and certifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure a positive experience
  • Ensure all work is performed efficiently and accurately, meeting quality and safety standards
  • Participate in all required training programs and certifications, including B6 and I-car certifications
  • Ensure all tools and equipment are used safely and accurately
  • Respond to safety concerns immediately and take corrective action
  • Perform as a mentor to body shop employees and lead by example
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically in service and repairs
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Ability to manage others and lead a team
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
