**Job Description Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in the United States. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, relaying information, generating daily manifests, reconciliations, service dispatch, account management, payment processing, sales lead generation, backup support, record keeping, product knowledge, and sales promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service: Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails related to products, services, and equipment.
  2. Communication: Relay customers' concerns and requests to the appropriate team members in a timely manner.
  3. Manifest Generation: Generate daily manifests for Route Drivers and Service Technicians using specialized computer software.
  4. Reconciliation: Check in Route Drivers at the end of the workday and reconcile all customer funds received during deliveries.
  5. Service Coordination: Dispatch Service Technicians to respond to repair calls and coordinate service installations.
  6. Account Maintenance: Make regular calls to accounts with outstanding balances and assist in maintaining accounts receivable over 60 days and attrition at five percent or less.
  7. Payment Processing: Process and apply payments to customer accounts.
  8. Sales Lead Transfer: Communicate sales leads to appropriate branch personnel.
  9. Support Functions: Provide backup support with daily sales reports, bank accounts, and month-end processes in supervisor's absence.
  10. Record Keeping: Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  11. Product Knowledge Development: Develop and demonstrate thorough knowledge of the Company's products, services, and pricing structure.
  12. Sales Promotion: Solicit sales from customers during promotions.
